Having a house by the lake is a dream. If you got so lucky, you should enjoy every moment of the water front and the beautiful nature. Those were the exact words of our customer that motivated us to develop a unique project for a lake house.
Features
Our architectural plan combines the modern trends with a beautiful landscape design, which meet our customer’s expectations as much as possible. Only modern and high quality materials were used in the construction of the house, including a lot of glass. Lake-facing side of the home features mostly entire wall of glass which gives a perfect chance to enjoy amazing views without leaving home. The second floor has indoor and outdoor spaces, where you can get some fresh air, and appreciate the shade in hot season. There is a covered area for cars on the lower level. The interior arrangement of the building offers everything for a comfortable living.
