Residential complex planning is always challenging and interesting work. It is important to include every necessary detail so that the residents would find everything they need without leaving the complex, feeling comfortable not only in their apartment, but on the territories surrounding the building as well.
Features
The architecture and design plan of residential complex includes kids playgrounds and areas for sports, shops, underground parking, recreational and entertainment areas. Besides a separately designed recreational zone that is situated on the territory of the complex, every building has its own area for relaxation.
We tried to create a comfortable and cozy town in the middle of big city. Our goal was to maximally fit it into the existing urban surroundings and at the same time to make it unique. Working on the design of the complex, we paid a special attention to a green zone, where one could relax on a summer evening after the daytime noise of a loud city.
